Eligibility review and trademark guidance
Confirming your trademark status, class and territory coverage meet Amazon's requirements before you apply — and flagging problems while they're still fixable.
Amazon Brand Registry Services
Brand Registry is the gate to almost everything worth having on Amazon: A+ Content, Stores, Sponsored Brands, Vine, Brand Analytics and the tools that let you remove counterfeit and hijacked listings. It's also an application that fails on avoidable technicalities — a trademark filed in the wrong class, a brand name that doesn't match the packaging, a rights-owner mismatch. SellaRank handles the enrolment and then puts the protection tools it unlocks to actual use.

Ask on WhatsAppYou need an active registered trademark — or in many regions a pending application through Amazon's IP Accelerator — in the country where you want to enrol, with the brand name appearing on your products or packaging, and the ability to provide images proving it.
Once a valid trademark is in place, enrolment commonly takes a few days to a few weeks depending on verification. The longer variable is trademark registration itself, which can take months.
In many cases yes, through Amazon's IP Accelerator programme, which allows enrolment before full registration completes. Standard pending applications outside that programme generally don't qualify.
A+ Content, Amazon Stores, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, Amazon Vine, Brand Analytics, Brand Dashboard, and the reporting tools for removing infringing and counterfeit listings.
Through Brand Registry's Report a Violation tool, supported by evidence — commonly a test buy demonstrating the product is counterfeit or materially different. Transparency and Project Zero enrolment strengthen this considerably.
The usual causes are a trademark in the wrong class or territory, a brand name on the application that doesn't match the trademark exactly, packaging images where the brand isn't permanently affixed, or a mismatch between the applicant and the registered rights owner.
